What should I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you wish to exchange or return articles, you can contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt. You will be given information about the exchange / return process. Articles should not be returned without prior agreement.

The return of articles must comply with the following conditions:

Refund of articles in good condition and good condition without any mark of use, manipulation or damage, with original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
If the packaging is damaged and the articles have obvious marks of use, we will not be able to accept the exchange nor the return of the value.
After contact and you are given the indications of return, you must send us the item properly packed, with original packaging, to our address: HD, Lda
What should I do if I receive damaged packaging or items?
In the event that the shipping carton is damaged, it must check its contents at the time of delivery and, in case of damages, submit the complaint to the carrier. You should then inform HD Lda with all available information, including photos if possible.

If your order has been received with no visible damage on the packaging but with damaged items, you should likewise forward your message to our services, with all available information, including photos if possible.

What should I do if the articles are damaged?

In addition to the procedure described in the previous point, you can also go to our office by appointment by calling 214 218 346.

The manufacturer’s warranty is not applicable in situations where the technical verification detects signs of misuse and / or any external action that may have caused the malfunction of the article (eg fall, improper handling, humidity, misuse). In these cases, the manufacturer may submit an alternative that will be presented to him, if applicable.

If the invoice is more than 14 days old, your item will be sent to the Brand Technical Assistance under the Guarantee.

All equipment is covered by the 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty by their respective brands.

In the case of consumer disputes, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Settlement Platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the following alternative dispute resolution entities:
